Simply sign up with your email, verify you're an actual person, and you are IN! We have this step in place to prevent 'bots' and possible fraud from accessing our information.

What will access get me?

Once you have a log in, you will have access to the entire website including current travel deals, travel information, and resources you will find helpful when researching vacation options.

Will I receive unsolicited email spam?

Wood Travel will add your email to our mailing list - but DO NOT WORRY! Our goal is to send out monthly newsletters, but lately its been every 6 months as we've been busy too! You can always email us to remove your name from the list and we will comply with your request. We dislike spam too!

How do I start!

Go back to the top and click on MEMBERS ONLY and enter your email address, confirm your email account and you are set! You will need to remember your log in information the next time you come back.

You will then have access to ALL tabs on this website, which includes contact information for the agency (email, cell to text, policy, procedures, mission statements, and company history (40 years!!)

All-Inclusive Resort Bookings

This is one of our most popular booking types! When you contact us for a quote, we have professional experience on locations, resorts, regions, etc., and can save you money, time, and headaches! You pay what you see online for providers such as Westjet Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, and Sunwing, and we do not charge you to book (unless you have called us before an not booked after we provided research) We can help you with tours and excursions, handle all of the paperwork, and even allow deposits and payment plans.

Luxury Cruising

Planning a cruise and don't know where to start? Wood Travel can assist with one to 100 cabins on small, medium, and massive ships around the world. Our focus is on luxury cruising and river cruising.

Note: We do charge a small fee for large ship interior cabin reservations, per room. There are no fees for luxury or river cruise bookings.
