Why am I only able to see a few pages of the site? I would like access to all of them!

How do I access the rest of the site?

Access is FREE! Simply sign up with your email, verify you're an actual person, and you are IN! We have this step in place to prevent 'bots'', competitors, and possible fraud from accessing our information.

What will access get me?

Once you have a log in, you will have access to the entire website including current travel deals, travel information, and resources you will find helpful when researching vacation options.

Will I receive unsolicited spam emails?

Wood Travel will add your email to our mailing list - but don't worry! Our goal is to send out weekly newsletter but as we face staffing shortages, we email quarterly. You can always email us to remove your name from the list and we will comply with your request. We dislike spam too!

How Do I Start?

Attempt any page after this point and you will have the opportunity to enter your email address, confirm your email account and you are set! The agency will approve your request during regular business hours, or send us an email and we can take a look right away! You will need to remember your login details the next time you come back. You will be granted access to ALL tabs on this website, which includes contact information for the agency: contact details, policy, protocol, companies we deal with, and special offers!

We work hard and invest heavily in our business to compile the most comprehensive travel information for our existing and prospective clients, reserving our industry standards and secrets for them alone. If you would like more information on our policies, booking procedures, and any possible fees/costs involved, please become a member of this site or contact the agency directly. Membership is typically granted by the end of the day and will give you access to many important details.

95% of our services are free of charge - you pay no less than you would when booking direct, and you have an actual person to talk to who cares about your vacation goals.

How do we know so much?

The truth is, we don’t know everything. However, thanks to the strong relationships we’ve cultivated over the years, we have a vast network of friends and contacts who are experts in various fields and can help us find answers quickly.

While we can’t be everywhere at once, our incredible network allows us to gather information from nearly any location at any given time.

Do you work with everyone?

No, we don’t. We value building strong, meaningful relationships with our clients and are respectful of their time. In return, we expect the same courtesy. We work with some of the nicest people who understand the importance of mutual respect. If you're looking for someone to plan a camping trip, book a 2-star resort, or simply compare deals for the lowest price with no intention to book through us, we cannot help you as we have bills to pay too! If you jump from agent to agent, are a yeller/screamer, or call and text at all hours of the day and night we may not be the right fit. We’re kind and respectful—and we believe the relationship should be symbiotic.

How do you get paid?

Do you want to know a secret? You are paying for a travel agent - even if you are booking direct. That's right! Our commissions are built in to traditional vacation package pricing online. So why not benefit from our expertise instead of navigating this on your own?

I don’t trust anything on the internet without meeting the people I’m working with. Will you meet with me?

While I do accommodate in-person meetings, these slots tend to fill up months in advance and are generally reserved for clients who are elderly or live more than an hour or two away from our office. However, we do offer courtesy Zoom meetings and phone calls. You can also check our credentials with the local Chamber of Commerce, browse our many Google reviews, or view other certifications listed here. If meeting in person is a must for you right away as a new client, we might not be the right fit.

This is one of our most popular booking types! When you contact us for a quote, we have professional experience on locations, resorts, regions, etc., and can save you money, time, and headaches! You pay what you see online for providers such as Westjet Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, and Sunwing, and we do not charge you to book (unless you have called us before an not booked after we provided research) We can help you with tours and excursions, handle all of the paperwork, and even allow deposits and payment plans.

Luxury Cruising

Not sure where to start with planning your cruise? Wood Travel specializes in luxury ocean and river cruises, offering expert assistance whether you're booking one cabin or a full group across small, medium, or large ships worldwide. We curate exceptional cruise experiences tailored to your style and preferences. A small service fee applies to interior cabin bookings on large ships, per room—there are no fees for luxury or river cruise reservations. Let us handle the details while you enjoy smooth sailing.

We do not accommodate flight-only requests.
We do not book last minute travel (under 15 weeks) for new clients, as per our anti-fraud policy.
We do not offer travel advice or assist with travel documentation unless your travel arrangements have been made through Wood Travel.
All clients are required to submit a $200 Agency deposit which will be applied to your final payment!
