Growing up in Southern Alberta, my passion for travel began in childhood with family trips to Europe, Disneyland, and Mexico. Those experiences taught me the value of quality time spent with loved ones — a principle I carry into every trip I plan for my clients.
Taking over Wood Travel in 2017 was a dream come true. Before that, I balanced running the agency while working as a 911 operator and raising two children as a single parent. Those experiences taught me resilience, focus, and how to prioritize what truly matters. I’m also a proud cancer survivor, and the challenges I’ve faced have shaped me into someone with quiet strength and determination — qualities I bring to my work and life every day.
Beyond the agency, I recently earned my second university degree and treasure time with my partner Mark, my children, granddaughter, mother, and our two dogs. When I’m not planning travel or at the gym, you might find me off-grid camping with Mark and our friends, or exploring hidden gems around the world — experiences I love sharing with my clients.
