North America

North America is comprised of four main regions:  North, Central, and South America, and the Caribbean. The term Northern America refers to the northern portion of the continent. It includes the world's largest island Greenland and the sovereign states of Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Sanda has been to 38 USA states and 9 Canadian provinces (not Newfoundland and Labrador and no territories).  She has also been to numerous Mexican states and Caribbean countries.
